Dr. Nick Raklios is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. He is originally from Richland, WA, and now calls the Seattle area home. He and his wife, Colleen, are the proud parents of two young girls: Ivy and Isla. Dr. Raklios is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Washington State Dental Association, and the Washington State Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. When he's not in the office, Dr. Raklios enjoys skiing, golfing, biking, and running.
Dr. Paventy is passionate about orthodontics. He truly enjoys his job, working with his team, and most of all, spending time with his patients.Dr. Paventy’s philosophy is to provide the absolute best orthodontic care in a positive environment. Dr. Paventy is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Oregon State Society of Orthodontists, and Oregon Dental Association.
Dr. J. Kolby Robinson is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. He is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah. He and his wife, Jessica, are proud parents of three sons and a daughter: George, Oliver, William and Margaret. Dr. Robinson is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Oregon Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and Oregon Dental Association.
Dr. Brown feels blessed to be a part of such an incredible profession. Orthodontics allows him to work with people who value oral health and beauty. It is extremely satisfying to see the transformation in his patients’ health, appearance and confidence. It affords him the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and in many different stages in life. It is fun and exciting to see them grow and change. It is gratifying to see how enjoyable the experience can be for his patients and team.
After completing his Masters in Physical Therapy in 1999, Dylan Bates spent more than 20 years building and leading a multi-site healthcare company, ATI Physical Therapy. Touting a relentless obsession for customer service and precision-like focus on operations and growth, Bates was instrumental in building the company from a single-location offering to more than 850 clinics across 35 states when he exited the business. Dylan is an active board member and investor with multiple companies across the US.
Dylan has worked closely with Steve Neumann(founder of Latticework Capital Management(LCM)) over numerous investment cycles over the past 18 years. LCM is the private equity sponsor of SALT Dental and Steve originally recruited Dylan to serve on the Board of Directors when SALT was formed in 2019. Dylan served as an active board member since inception and is excited to be stepping into the SALT CEO seat as of January of ’23.

Dylan lives between Scottsdale, AZ and Telluride, CO. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, golfing, and travel.
Most recently, Josh was the Chief Growth Officer for Caravel Autism Health, a leading provider of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy and diagnostic evaluation services to children with autism spectrum disorder. As the Chief Growth Officer, Josh developed and oversaw Caravel’s growth strategy and execution through the opening of new clinics, mergers and acquisitions, and partnerships with health systems and physicians. Before his time at Caravel, he spent four years at ATI Physical Therapy overseeing its M&A strategy and execution and health system partnerships. He also spent three years at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where he served as the CFO of the Craft Beer Division. He received his undergraduate degree from Yale University and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Josh currently lives in Chicago with his wife Nicole, and their two kids Noah (6) and Jonah (3). In his free time, he enjoys running, cycling, golfing, and traveling with his family.
With 15 years dedicated to one of the largest wellness franchises in the country, Amy has become a passionate advocate for fostering thriving cultures. She has cultivated a knack for creative solutions and offering mission-driven guidance to leaders across the organization. Amy brings a wealth of experience to SALT, having honed her skills in integrating diverse businesses into a cohesive platform, enhancing the overall efficacy of the people function. Her expertise is evident in her ability to build a robust human resource department that serves as a genuine support system for team members nationwide.
Having called Phoenix home for 25 years, when not immersed in work, you'll find her enjoying quality time with family, hiking, and cheering on Buckeye football.

Will has worked in numerous growth and advisory capacities for both public and private organizations in the healthcare industry. Most recently, Will served as the Chief Development Officer for Refresh Mental Health, a market-leading outpatient mental health organization. Will led the development efforts under multiple owners including UnitedHealth Group / Optum and expanded Refresh’s footprint from two States / 100 clinicians to 37 States / 3,000 clinicians in under six years. Will also worked for Harbor View Advisors, a middle-market investment bank, where he consulted with companies on strategic initiatives including acquisitions, divestitures and market research. Prior to Harbor View Advisors, Will worked for Deutsche Bank where he advised Fortune 500 healthcare and technology companies on risk management solutions. Will received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a dual concentration in Finance and Operations & Information Management (OPIM) from The University of Pennsylvania - Wharton Business School. Will resides in Denver, Colorado with his wife and enjoys traveling, cooking and outdoor sports. Will is also an accomplished endurance athlete, having competed in events such as the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii and the Boston Marathon.

Jennifer is a marketer with an interest in strategic planning, product marketing, public relations, and patient/provider experience. She previously managed a successful team as Marketing Director at Optum. Jennifer has 16 years combined experience in project management, omnichannel marketing, copywriting & editing, and public relations, along with a master’s degree. Her background includes working with medical professionals and high-level executives. As an integral part of the SALT leadership team, Jennifer is responsible for refining the company’s brand messaging, internal and external communications, and growth and retention marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Dan supports the Salt practices in CA, OR, WA, and ID. His background spans operations, strategy, finance, and analytics with prior roles in human and animal healthcare. He currently lives in San Diego with his wife, three cats - Josh, Jesse, and Pebbles, and a puppy named Janet!
With over 22 years in dentistry and as a registered dental hygienist, Lacie is passionate about improving the health of patients by elevating and empowering teams to achieve clinical and operational success. She values connectivity at the workplace and brings a sense of humor and fun to her colleagues. Lacie and her husband Mitchell call Florida home, they enjoy seeking out memorable dining experiences, traveling and appreciating the Florida weather with boating and motorcycle rides.
As Vice President of Operations, Suzie is committed to helping all of our locations operate smoothly. She optimizes internal processes and resources to help SALT meet its goals. Suzie has previous DSO operations experience, as she worked as Manager of Operations for Pacific Dental Services.
