Sitwell Dental marks SALT’s first practice in New York and its fourth partnership in 2025.
Founded in 2018 by Drs. John and Tiffany O’Brien, the group includes nine doctors across four clinical locations in Albany, Clifton Park, Malta, and Saratoga Springs, with an additional support office.
Sitwell Dental provides comprehensive family and specialty dentistry to both adult and pediatric patients throughout Upstate New York.
Empire Dental Specialty Group – Dayton, OH

Empire Dental Specialty Group (“Empire Dental”) becomes SALT’s second Ohio-based partnership and fifth in 2025.
Founded in 2010 by Drs. Rush Davidson and Sheenu Goel Davidson, the practice includes eight doctors serving patients across two multi-specialty locations in the Greater Dayton area.
Empire is known for its integrated, high-quality specialty care.
Must Love Kids Pediatric Dentistry – Vancouver, WA

Must Love Kids is SALT’s second partnership in Southern Washington, joining Columbia Orthodontics, and marks the organization’s sixth partnership of the year.
Founded in 2012 by Drs. Monisha Gagneja and Prashant Gagneja.
This beloved pediatric dental practice in Vancouver, WA, is recognized for its fun, patient-focused approach and strong community reputation.
