SALT Dental Partners Welcomes David Pallaschke as Chief Financial Officer

SALT Dental Partners is thrilled to introduce David Pallaschke as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer.
A seasoned finance executive with a strong track record of scaling operations and transforming finance teams, David brings a wealth of experience and insight to SALT’s growing leadership team.
David most recently served as CFO and President of BrightStar, where he led Finance, HR, and Company Owned Operations through a period of rapid growth—culminating in the company’s successful sale to Peak Rock Capital in 2025. Prior to that, he was SVP of Finance & Analytics at ATI Physical Therapy, where he helped double the company’s footprint from 400 to 800 clinics. During his time at ATI, David worked closely with SALT Dental Partners’ CEO, Dylan Bates.
David’s career also includes leadership roles at National Express, where he transformed FP&A and procurement functions; Redbox, where he built the initial FP&A team; and McDonald’s Corporation, where he supported ventures such as Chipotle and Redbox.
